Upon doing so, you will be prompted to fill out a short questionnaire to identify the focus of your forthcoming meeting. Once a slot becomes available, we will contact you via email with a proposed date and time, and further instructions for the meeting via Zoom or in-person.

Kindly request one appointment at a time, and no more than one per six months.
